Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms of service.

Payment

- If payment is made without approval (I will sent you a payment link with the correct amount) I reserve the right to cancel the commission.
- If payment is not made within 48 hours of receiving a payment link I reserve the right to cancel a commission.
- I reserve the right to refuse commission at any point until payment is made.
- Payment is upfront for commissions under 50$, for anything over 50$ I am happy to do half up front and half before delivery of final renders.( This is mostly for convinece to cut down on the under of invoices, but I am open to being flexable if it is more comfotable for anyone.)
- I reserve to right to refuse refund requests after sketches have been delivered.
- Additional charges may be added for complexity but you will be informed to give approval.

Process

- Max deliverable deadline 3 months (usual times will likely range from 1 week to a month depending on complexity).
- Simple edits are free, there will be an additional charge for complex edits of final artwork. There will be an additional charge for multiple rounds of feedback.
- I will send you a rough sketch.
- I am happy to send Wips at any point you would like.
- Usual response time will be within 1 business day but please allow 1 to 2 business days for communication. ( If im taking a while to respond I promise it's not you, I just get really in the zone sometimes.)
- I do not send PSD files.

Usage and Copyright

- Credit me when posting or sharing my work.
- All products are for Non-Commercial use only (unless other wise discussed and agreed upon).
- I will retain commercial rights to any commissioned work including distribution rights.
- I reserve the right to post commissioned work publicly including on social media.
- I reserve the right to record and share videos of the creation of my artwork.
- Any characters depicted in artwork belong to their legal owners.
- Use of my art for any AI training/generation/creation is not permitted.
